PRECISIONSCREEN PRECOATER 3000
COMPLETE SCREENING & PRECOATING PACKAGE
With over 3000L of onboard diesel bituminous liquid storage, a highly efficient 8’x4′ screenbox, over 4m high tail conveyor discharge point and a hopper with material flow control, The Precoater 3000 is a more compact version of the bigger brother 6500 series.
Recently we have enhanced our Precoating range by improving remote control functionality with solenoid controls & adding a new optional precoat tank refill pump to reload tank in 15mins.

HEAVY DUTY SCREENING & PRECOATING MACHINE
The Precoater 6500 is a highly mobile, robust plant featuring on-board discharge conveyors, a very generous on-board diesel Bitumous liquid capacity and a large efficient 10×5 screenbox that will serve almost all road making requirements. Spraying the product are 14 strategically placed high velocity spray nozzles that are all individually controlled to ensure that the desired coverage is received.

PRECISIONSCREEN PRECOAT CONVEYOR
The Precisionscreen SM450W Precoat Conveyor is designed to work in conjunction with a range of screening plants. The conveyor has a Precoat kit attached, this allows the Precoat material mix to happen away from the screening plant and creates a radial stockpile of finished material if desired.

Precisionscreen Australian designed and manufactured Precoat Chute has strategically placed high velocity nozzles to ensure sufficient coverage of diesel bitumous liquid; designed to meet the needs of the civil Infrastructure industry. The chute can be designed to suit most conveyor widths and attached with simple brackets.
SCORPION PUGMILL PLC PRECOAT ATTACHMENT
Allows Pugmill plant to effectively pump and blend precoat mix into aggregates or quarry materials for effective coating of material. An efficient and cost effective way to add a mobile precoating plant as part of your mobile assets.
