The Screenpod 1200J Tracked Jaw Crusher is a heavy-duty, high-production jaw crusher designed for demanding quarrying, recycling and material processing applications. Featuring a McLanahan 1100 x 700mm jaw chamber, hydraulic toggle and tensioning system, and an adjustable 50–190mm CSS range, the 1200J can be configured to efficiently process a wide range of hard and abrasive materials.

The machine is equipped with a 6.5m³ hopper, 1.1m wide variable-speed feeder with integrated screen deck, and a 1050mm main discharge conveyor with a 3m discharge height. Weighing approximately 45.3 tonnes, the 1200J provides a robust and mobile crushing solution for high-production applications.
