The Precisionscreen SuperGrid is the answer! The SuperGrid can fit over the hopper of Tesab scalpers or similar tracked units. This static, robust grid is fitted with 66mm 4140 grade bars which are spaced with hardwood spacers, which are easy to cut and vary to necessary spacings. At the heart of the SuperGrid is Polly blocks mounts in heavy duty bis. Channels on one end only takes the potential to bend the HT bars, prevents pegging and acts as a live vibration with none of the down sides.

When fitted with scalper extension and wings to raise the height of SuperGrid and taper material into the feeder of scalper or crusher for your application, it works seamlessly with most mobile scalper screens available in the market.
