Design & Manufacture of Mobile Screening, Washing, Crushing and Recycling Equipment

The Precoater 6500 is a highly mobile, robust plant featuring on-board discharge conveyors, a very generous on-board diesel Bitumous liquid capacity and a large efficient 10×5 screenbox that will serve almost all road making requirements.

But don’t just take our word for it, see below KEE Groups feedback on their new Australian made Precisionscreen Precoater 6500. Manufactured in Australia for Australian conditions by our talented team. We’re proud to be an Australian manufacturer, operating since 1986. Our machines are made in our Wacol, Queensland based production facility.

“We have sent our new precoater out for it’s first trial/commissioning and it has exceeded all expectations! The guys are over the moon with the machine and its capabilities. A massive thank you to you and your team for everything, hopefully we grow quick enough to need another one from you before long – Amber Wholagan (Spray Seal Coordinator KEE Surfacing).”

“The commissioning of the precoater went freaking fantastically!! Didn’t miss a beat and the output was +sufficient. (That’s plus sufficient) Easy to use, smooth and a quality result. To be honest, I haven’t been this excited about precoating for some time – Glenn Hayward (Spray Seal Superintendent KEE Surfacing).”

The Precoater 6500 is full of surprises and little additions that make use so easy. From a hinged powerpack that makes accessing the engine so easy during servicing to a built in toolbox for storing any tools required, the Precoater 6500 has it all.
