Positions Available

Field & Workshop Technician 

  • Relevant trade qualifications (Diesel Technician, Mechanical/Hydraulic Fitter, Heavy Diesel Mechanic, or similar).
  • Extensive industry experience with the ability to work independently.
  • Advanced diagnostic, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong knowledge of hydraulic and mechanical systems, and diesel engines.
  • The ability to work at pace under pressure while maintaining high standards.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Experience with agricultural, earthmoving, mobile quarrying, or other heavy-duty industrial equipment.
  • Current manual driver’s licence, forklift licence and white card.

Parts Sales Representative

  • Previous experience in sales, parts interpretation, or customer service.
  • Strong technical or mechanical aptitude.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Confident with Microsoft Office and data entry.
  • Experience in crushing & screening, heavy machinery, industrial, earthmoving, recycling or quarrying industries highly regarded (training provided).
  • Current driver’s licence

Mechanical Fitter

  • Fit hydraulic components to the machinery framework
  • Fit the engine and engine components
  • Fit parts such as gearboxes, rams, rollers belts, sprockets, hoses etc.
  • Maintain workshop equipment
  • Assist with the manufacture of mobile crushing & screening equipment & parts

TA – Fitter

  • Extensive experience as a TA/Fitter
  • Great knowledge of hydraulics and the ability to read & understand technical drawings
  • A strong mechanical aptitude
  • The ability to work well with others in a team environment as well as work unsupervised
  • Current drivers licence
  • Forklift licence

Industrial Spray Painter

  • Experience in a similar industrial painting role
  • Highly skilled in sand blasting large equipment or machinery
  • A professional, confident and enthusiastic approach to your work
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a team but also autonomously
  • Current drivers licence
  • Forklift licence (essential)
  • Having a trade qualification is highly valued but not mandatory
