The Screenpod SP410R Scalping Screener is a compact, high-performance screening solution designed for operators who need efficient material separation, strong production, and reliable performance on site.

Built for demanding applications, the SP410R features a robust 10’ x 4’ (3m x 1.2m) two-deck screenbox, delivering excellent scalping and screening performance across a wide range of materials. With a maximum capacity of up to 250tph and the ability to handle feed sizes up to 300mm, the SP410R is ideal for pre-screening before crushing or for standalone screening duties.

Equipped with a 4.5m³ hopper, 1050mm wide feeder belt, and multiple product conveyors, the SP410R is designed to maintain consistent material flow and maximise throughput. The 900mm wide oversize conveyor and 650mm mid and fines belts, all with variable speed control, provide flexibility when producing multiple sized products.

Mounted on a tracked chassis for easy mobility around site, the SP410R also offers quick and simple setup, allowing operators to move between jobs and get screening quickly with minimal downtime. Powered by a reliable diesel powerpack, the machine delivers dependable performance across a range of construction, quarrying, and recycling applications.
