UNIQUE BLENDING PLANT

We recently delivered a unique Blending Plant to Mort & Co in Dalby, QLD. They needed a way to combine 4 different additives to their main material with capabilities to track sizing and tonnage.

We were able to create a tailored plant that would be perfect for them using 3 PS Blending Hoppers, our SM450 W Stockpiler and our Scorpion Pugmill. Using our on-board PLC system on the Scorpion Pugmill, a single operator is able to control all 3 Blending Hoppers, SM450 and the Additive Bin on the Pugmill.

IQA NSW EVENT

Hayden and Graham recently traveled down the coast of Northern NSW.

They visited customers to see how we can further help them and see where some sore points are for their sites.

They ended the trip by attending the IQA Site Visit and Networking Event. They both had a great time visiting 2 Hy-tec sites (Dunbogan Sand Quarry and Grants Head Quarry).

Following that, they headed back to Port Macquarie for the Networking Dinner where Chris from Boral gave a presentation on dredging.
