We wish that we were posting under better circumstances, but unfortunately the Coronaviris COVID-19 has continued its spread across our nation.
Precisionscreen has taken the early, precautionary steps in an effort to minimise the impact of this terrible virus and ensure continuity of service during the coming weeks. We have immediately rostered many of our engineering, sales and administration team to work from the safety of their own homes on a rotating basis. Ensuring staff are working remotely from each other to make sure we can continue to support our clients while minimising the risk of widespread exposure. We have safeguarded our IT systems to ensure all incoming calls can be transferred to the relevant people and all enquiries can be handled from outside our offices if needed. We are providing prevention documentation and encouraging hygiene practices in our offices, warehouses and workshops.
As a proudly established and owned Australian company, we are concentrating our efforts on internally manufactured crushing and screening machines and parts, working with local suppliers across all states to ensure our loyal customers are less effected by the depleting supply chains from UK, Europe and Asia. Please contact our sales, service and after sales team for solutions to your spare parts requirements and we shall endeavour to help in any way possible.
