News August 2016

The QA441 is the largest two deck tracked mobile screen equipped with Sandvik's patented, world class Doublescreen system. Two high velocity screens that work independently to each other, the primary screen works as a fines extractor, whilst the secondary screen operates as a grader. Two processes combined on one plant, both primary & secondary screening angles can be adjusted relative to each other, offering customers exceptional flexibility and massive throughput.

The QA441 offers a screening solution no other mobile double deck can provide as its two screen boxes offer an unsurpassed level of separation on a wide range of materials, at very high rates of production.

LGBH2 GREASE SPECIAL OFFER

All Extec C-12+ to new models, QJ341, have installed an auto greaser unit for protection of inner and outer bearings as part of their jaw stock.

A high viscosity, mineral oil based grease is formulated and used within these units to withstand high temperatures and extreme loads. it is suitable for a wide range of applications, especially in the cement, mining and metals segments. This grease contains no additives and the extreme pressure properties arise from the soap structure.

Grease
Special
As an example, The Vogel greasing unit delivers 2.5cubic cm of grease per minute with 1 cubic cm equating 0.95 grams.
The units are set to run for 6 minutes in every hour; 6 minutes per hour x 2.5cc = 15cc = 14.25 grams per hour or 3% of 420gr tube every hour.
14.25 grams x 8 hours = 114 grams total per day which is broken to 114g ÷ 4 = 28.5 grams of grease in each bearing for an 8 hour day.
114grams x 5 working days =  570 grams total per 40 working hour week, which is less than 1.5 tubes per week.

Precisionscreen is offering excellent rates for the month of August:
Box of 12 x tubes $145 + GST per box, protect your jaw crusher!

Offer Expires 31/08/2016 while stocks last.

PRECISIONSCREEN SUPER GRID

This is the piece of scalping equipment that all quarries need. No more constant welding up cracked and bent old rail lines. This is robust and versatile Grid that is designed specifically to take those larger rocks. Unique design ensures a self-cleaning grid, that rarely ever gets rocks hanging up.

PRECISIONSCREEN SUPER GRID

While the standard spacing is a nominal 200mm the spacing may be altered in a few hours without the need to rebuild the whole Super Grid. If you have a smaller primary crusher, this is the unit you need to make your crushing operations go smoothly. Size the rock before it gets caught up in the feed of your crusher and gives you costly down time.
